Open Office. I can “print” as a PDF in that just fine. I know CutePDF (ugh that name) also allows you do do “print as pdf” from other applications like web browsers.
Thank you thank you thank you. I am a big dumb and never even thought to check Open Office! *facepalm* They actually just have a straight up “export as PDF” option in the newer version I downloaded.
